		<description>Greetings Johan.

Yes, my hack to David's plugin is this: His plugin widget put the html text down at the bottom of each post, like where the author and date are put (ahead of the comments, I believe).

Mine puts the widget text down in the page footer. Why would I want this instead of just modifying the footer.php? Sigh. I have several blogs running out of the same directory. Selecting the differing blogs is easy with a small change to the configuration file to select the database from the incoming URI. I also use 'sandbox' based themes for all of my blogs (some don't even look like blogs) and so I don't want to hack the footer.php because it is shared among all those blogs.

There is ONE problem that I've identified (but have been too lazy to fix). If you use both David's and mine at the same time, they clash in that they use the same option to save the HTML. A small problem, but there it is.

Glad to answer your questions, and if you have any more, just ask.</description>

<description>Hi It was very difficult to find a blog footer plugin using Google. But I am glad to have found you. I have two questions:

1) I noticed that David Goldstein disappeared from the face of the internet. This is the only place where you can down load his plugin http://www.wp-plugins-db.org/plugin/2007/09/page/2/
2) I am not sure what you mean by this "change the code to put the text at the bottom rather than at the end of each post." Does it mean that your code puts the footer at the end of all comments and other stuff you may have and the original puts it above these below the article only?
Regards
